Refund policy
For online orders, you have up to 7 days from date of receipt of items to file a request for exchange, and up to 3 days from acceptance of exchange to ship the items back.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes with sewn in ribbons and/or elastics, or pulled-out drawstrings will not be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the exchange process, you may contact us at info@thatsdpointe.com.ph. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting for exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items such as books, tights, undergarments are a final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items or gift cards. Sale items are a final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is confirmed received, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that all shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued. However, if the item you have chosen is no longer available and cannot be backordered, the item will be automatically removed from your order and any payment made will be refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
